Company Announcement: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Sub-Sahara Africa is now also affected by COVID-19 with various governments starting to take restrictive measures.

In an effort to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, Reload Group is taking preventative measures to ensure the safety and best interest of our staff, customers and business partners.

The following measures have already been implemented and will continue until further notice:

– Teleworking measures for our office staff to maintain services, reporting and continuity of supervision.

– Strict hygiene protocols in both our office and operational sites

– Mandatory health screening at the entrance of all our premises

Continuity of operations is currently not affected and the steps we have taken are in line with national guidelines and we are being proactive and using our best endeavours to safeguard your interests. If the COVID-19 status changes or we are advised by National Authorities that we must take certain mandated steps, we have already taken precautionary measures to safeguard cargo and ensure essential logistics continuity to the best of our ability.

We will keep you informed and updated on an on-going basis.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any specific question you might have.
